Participants will learn how to align assessment methods with Taxonomies levels of learning objectives for comprehensive evaluation of students' cognitive skills. They will formulate didactical aims and develop clear learning objectives to tailor assessments and target desired competencies effectively. So they will be able to choose appropriate testing formats and explore diverse assessment formats, including essays, practical demonstrations, case studies, and performance-based assessments, to accurately measure various competencies. In essence, our course equips educators with the skills to design and implement competence-oriented exams that foster meaningful learning outcomes.
